At Sen Wellness House, we are committed to providing you with exceptional wellness experiences. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have established the following booking policies. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Making a Reservation

How to Book

Appointments can be made through:

Advance Booking

We recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Popular time slots (evenings and weekends) may require booking further in advance.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requirements:

  • 24+ Hours:Full refund or free rescheduling with no penalty
  • 12-24 Hours:50% cancellation fee charged
  • Less than 12 Hours:100% cancellation fee charged (full service price)
  • No-Show:100% fee charged and may affect future booking privileges

How to Cancel: Please contact us via email or phone as soon as you know you need to cancel. Cancellations must be confirmed by us to be valid.

Package Bookings: For curated wellness packages, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice.

  • Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice: No fee
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: Subject to availability and may incur a fee
  • Multiple reschedules: After two reschedules, future bookings may require prepayment

4. Late Arrivals

We value your time and ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client
  • You will be charged the full service price regardless of shortened session time
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and rescheduled
  • Please call ahead if you are running late so we can try to accommodate you

5. Payment Policy

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit Cards
  • Cash
  • Gift Cards

When Payment is Due

  • Individual Services: Payment is due at the time of service
  • Packages: Full payment or 50% deposit required at time of booking
  • Group Bookings: 50% deposit required at booking, balance due 48 hours before appointment

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated but never expected. If you wish to tip your practitioner, you may do so in cash or add it to your credit card payment.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

For your safety and the safety of others, we require all clients to:

  • Complete a health intake form before your first appointment
  • Disclose all health conditions, medications, and allergies
  • Update us on any changes to your health status
  • Not attend if you are feeling unwell or have contagious conditions
  • Read and acknowledge our Terms of Use and health disclaimers

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it would be unsafe for you or others.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Gift cards do not expire
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Wellness Packages

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase
  • Package services are non-transferable
  • Packages may not be split across multiple people
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused package services

8. Special Accommodations

We strive to make our services accessible to everyone. If you have specific needs or require accommodations, please let us know at the time of booking so we can best serve you.

Please inform us if you:

  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have mobility limitations or accessibility needs
  • Have sensory sensitivities (sound, light, scent, etc.)
  • Prefer a specific practitioner or room temperature
  • Have any other special requests or concerns

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only to provide you with the best possible service. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Booking Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
