Tucked into a quiet corner of Sacramento, Sen is shaped around simple, nature-first care. Here, every touch is a ritual. From hands-on head care to sitting quietly in the Himalayan salt room, from facial treatments to sound healing. Each session is built around letting the body settle and the mind soften.
At Sen, we believe that self-care is a devotion, a quiet honoring of the life within you. What matters most to us is attentiveness: steady, thoughtful care over spectacle or trends. Small practices that help ordinary days feel more livable, and that allow each person who walks through our doors to return to themselves, even if only for a little while.

How We Care
We begin by listening: what the body is holding, how the breath is moving, and where the day has been heavy.
Care is steady and intentional. Touch is thoughtful, and ingredients are chosen for how they support the skin, scalp, and the whole body. We use only non-toxic, clean formulations with no parabens, sulfates, or artificial fragrances. Natural essential oils provide a light, clean scent that feels calming without overwhelming.
Sound and gentle movement are offered with the same care. Resonance is used to settle rather than stimulate, and sequences remain simple and supportive so anyone can feel at ease, regardless of experience.

Nature Love (est. 2017), our sister studio next door, is Sacramento's first non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly eco nail salon.
